Feeling Good About Yourself

How you feel about your body and yourself is important in many ways. If you feel good about yourself, others will see a happy and secure you. If you feel badly about yourself, others will see an unhappy you.

How do you feel about yourself?

1. Do you like and accept yourself the way you are?
2. Do you believe in yourself and don’t let mistakes get you down?
3. Do you recognize your errors, learn your lessons, and move on?
4. Do you treat others with respect?

If you answered yes to all of these questions, great! You have a healthy attitude about yourself.

If you answered no to any of these questions, you may need to work on it.
